The home you live in and the home you are selling should be two different places. Whether requiring a few ideas or a full service consultation and rental package, you may choose from the four packages below, which may be custom tailored to fit your individual needs.
Package 1 - Consultation
Includes initial consultation, detailed DIY suggestion report for up to 3 key rooms in your home, with follow up consultation; maximizing space to visualize your home in a new light for that better first impression.
Package 2 - Redesign and Redirection - a swift one day process
We redesign your spaces, utilizing accessories and furniture already found in your home, swiftly transforming the space. Completing the transformation in one day, initial and follow up consultation, organization and de-cluttering of 3 key rooms are included.
Package 3 - Redesign and Rentals - suitable for the vacant property
This package includes all of package 2 - plus 4 month furniture and / or accessory rental as determined by our designer. Highly suitable for the vacant home that needs updating.
Package 4 - Full Service
Rental furniture and accessories as required for the entire property. Organization and redesign performed by our designer, for which duration is unique to every situation, until your home sells.
